One contract. A whole product team.
You set the goals. We plan, build, ship and run the software — every week, all year — with the people and agents the work needs.
excl. VAT · EU reverse charge
Six roles, one stand-up.
Turns your goals into a roadmap, writes the specs, owns the ownership map and the release plan.
Stores, portals, APIs and services — TypeScript and Go, built to be handed over.
iOS and Android with React Native and Expo: offline, maps, camera, voice.
A warehouse, one set of metrics and dashboards people actually open.
Stage and production, monitoring, backups and restores that have been tested.
Write code, tests and docs under review. They do the volume; people make the calls.
Every person on your team is named in the contract.
Same budget. Different shape.
Map first. Then the team.
Discovery sprint
- A map of your systems, data and who owns what
- Where money and time leak, in numbers where we can get them
- A 12-month roadmap with the first release scoped
- Yours to keep, whether we continue or not
Product team
- First release in production in four to six weeks
- Weekly demos, monthly planning, quarterly goals
- Production support for everything we ship
- A second work stream when you need one, priced up front
A rhythm you can plan around.
Work is tracked in your tool (Asana, Jira, Linear) · code in your repositories · docs next to the code
Fast because of agents. Safe because of gates.
Agents never merge their own work.
Every change is a pull request a person reviews and accepts.
Tests and a preview, every time.
Behaviour changes ship with tests. Each increment gets a live preview before it merges.
Production gets what was verified.
Only the exact build that passed checks on stage goes live. No secrets or personal data reach the agents.
The contract, plainly.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the moment it is written: code, documentation and access.
How do we pay?
One invoice a month in EUR. Prices exclude VAT; EU businesses outside Portugal are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule.
Can we leave?
Yes. Either side can end the engagement with 60 days’ notice. We hand over everything in a working state.
Who pays for infrastructure and licences?
You, at cost, on accounts you own. We keep it as a separate line and prefer open-source where it fits.
NDA and GDPR?
We sign your NDA before the first call if you need one, and a data processing agreement with the main contract.
Do you take one-off projects?
Yes, with a clear scope and price. We still recommend a longer engagement: once we know your systems, every next step is faster and cheaper.
